CRM Advisor

Doctors Without Borders Norway (Leger Uten Grenser/MSF) is seeking a CRM Advisor to join our team and help us strengthen the donor experience through smarter use of our CRM system.
About the Position
As CRM Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and improving our CRM system by implementing automations and integrations. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure our fundraising is smart, efficient, and ethical. The role combines technical tasks with advisory responsibilities, supporting our CRM Analyst with analysis, data cleaning, and integration, and ensuring donor data is correct, accessible, and usable.

Key Responsibilities
Improve and develop workflows in the CRM, including automation and API integrations, and document processes.
Provide professional advice on process improvement and cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with external suppliers on payment solutions and new integrations (e.g., Vipps and Mastercard).
Perform analyses and ensure data quality to support data-driven decisions; act as backup for the CRM Analyst.
Contribute to the strategic use of data in collaboration with the CRM Analyst and CRM & Loyalty Manager.
Serve as the AI focal point in the CRM team and identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields (marketing, technology, IT, statistics, informatics).
Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), data analysis, and integrations.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Advantageous with experience in fundraising, project management, or analytical tools.
Proficient in English (C1 and above); Norwegian is an advantage.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Structured, strategic, and precise.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive.
Quality-focused and goal-oriented.

Salary according to Doctors Without Borders’ salary principles, salary grade 15: 622,742 NOK - 687,428 NOK annually (based on relevant experience).
