We are looking for professionals with leadership skills and the ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams for our international humanitarian operations in more than 70 countries

We are always on the lookout for qualified medical and non-medical personnel who are willing to use their expertise in work for those who need it most.
To ensure that we can be present quickly when the need for emergency medical assistance arises, it is important for us to have predictable staffing capacity.
When an acute crisis occurs, we are completely dependent on qualified, experienced personnel who can travel out at short notice.
We therefore do not send people who sign up for the first time to serve in any disaster area. It is important for both your own, your colleagues' and our patients' safety that you have received thorough training before entering an area that needs emergency help from us. That is why we continuously recruit new personnel. Through various assignments, you build on your expertise, and thus you, and we, are prepared when there is a need for staffing in a disaster.

Leger Uten Grenser (MSF) is a neutral and independent medical aid organization that works to save lives and prevent suffering. We help those where the need is greatest – no matter who, where or how. We work in more than 75 countries and deploy staff from Norway on about 100 assignments every year. We provide medical aid to people affected by conflict, crises, disasters, and those lacking basic health services. We also speak out about the realities we witness in the field, including forgotten crises and access to critically needed medicines.
