We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Bergen
Through our fundraiser activities, Leger Uten Grenser aims to meet the Norwegian public door-to-door, providing them with information on how we operate and an opportunity to support the work we do in the field. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled coordinator to take responsibility for coordinating the door-to-door fundraising activities in Bergen and the surrounding areas. Our goal is to recruit as many new regular donors as possible since funds from private donors ensure our neutrality and independence, enabling us to act swiftly in times of disaster.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and lead door-to-door fundraising activities in Bergen and the surrounding areas
- Coordinate, supervise, and participate in all activities
- Lead and have personnel responsibility for a team of fundraisers (8-10 FTEs), including recruitment, training, follow-up, and evaluation
- Reporting, budget monitoring, and result responsibility for the project
- Geographical responsibility for activities, logistics, and transport
- The position involves extensive travel with overnight stays in Norway, approximately 50 travel days
Qualifications:
- Some experience in personnel and project management, including administration and reporting
- Higher relevant education, preferably in marketing, management, and/or HR
- Experience in fundraising with Doctors Without Borders or similar organizations is an advantage

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
- High proficiency in English (level C1), Norwegian is an advantage
