We are looking for someone to join our Mentoring & Coaching Hub at Doctors Without Borders/MSF Norway as a temporary Admin and Learning Event Support. Expected Contract: November 11, 2024, to September 26, 2025.
The focus of the MCHub (Mentoring & Coaching Hub) is to provide mentoring, coaching, and organizational development as generators of systemic as well as individual transformation. The MCHub Admin and Learning Event Support has the following responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of the various MCHub learning events.
- Manage specific projects, based on needs and demands from MSF Global workforce.
- Support evaluation concerning MCHub’s mentoring and coaching activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, promote, and organize the delivery of the MCHub’s intersectional learning events (Mentoring Workshops, Coaching Skills Workshops, and Coaching Education).
- Collaborate with internal counterparts from MSF Operational Centers and other entities and with MCHub team members involved in MCHub learning events. Document any information and data on MCHub learning events.
- In collaboration with other MCHub team members, support and organize the various Continuous Professional Development offers, for both mentors and coaches (Mentoring Café, Mentoring Group Supervision, Coaching Group, and Individual Supervision, seminars, workshops, and webinars).
- Update learning events information into the database.
- Manage all learning-event-related expenses.
- Support the MCHub financial processes and provide the rest of the MCHub with relevant information on the budget every quarter.
- Follow up on unit expenditure following the budget.
- With input from the team, write and distribute the biannual MCHub newsletter and annual activity report.
- In collaboration with the MCHub project managers support and assist on evaluation of mentoring & coaching activities.
- Follow and support the rollout of evaluation tool kits to mentoring and coaching activities.
- Collaborate with other MCHub project managers, to enable cross- fertilization and learnings.
- Coordinate with the digital focal person to provide content related to learning events to update the MCHub’s website.
